(NEW) Darul Iman is pleased to announce the introduction of a Sisters only Halaqah program with a qualified female Alima (scholar) every second Sunday at the Mussallah (9889 Highway 48) after Zuhr salat. The next Sisters only Halaqah program with a qualified female Alima (scholar) will be Sunday March 13th (after Zuhr salat) and thereafter Sunday March 27th. Tomorrow's session will focus on tajweed of the Quran as well as tafsir of the Quran: The word "tajweed" means to improve, make better. Tajweed of the Holy Qur'an is the knowledge and application of the rules of recitation so the reading of the Qur'an "Tafsir" is the Arabic word for exegesis or commentary of the Quran. Refreshments will be served InshaAllah
